When asked what is her superpower Mrs. Lemons' response is a resounding, "The ability to form relationships and through that delicate fiber of trust begin to show limitless possibilities of MORE."
After serving as a campus administrator for 7 years in the K-12 public school setting, Katrina Lemons recently joined the central administration leadership team of special education in a neighboring school district. Devoted to compliance, equity, and inclusion, Mrs. Lemons partners with campuses to ensure special education students are positioned for success both in and out of the classroom setting.
 
Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston, a Master of Science in Training and Development from Texas A&M University at Commerce and multiple educator certifications from the state of Texas. Currently Mrs. Lemons is pursuing an Ed.D. in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College.
Most recent accomplishments for which she is most proud? Her increased focus on the importance of equity in schools highlighted by Covid19, her devotion in making positive health choices, and the zest used to dive into her new professional role. 

It is with this same zeal to positively impact the narrative that controls the destiny of under served populations that Katrina Lemons strives to show possibilities, opportunities, and euphoria that comes with success to students and families served.  How is success measured? Through data and changed behavior.
